Hey things happen!
I got very little sleep again last night.
Today I decided had to be an off day which is one of the reasons I rotate through my workouts.
This way if I have a day off it is no big deal.
I will back in the gym full on tomorrow.
The moral of the story is life happens and you need to adjust to it. If I trained today it would have been a bad workout and I would have chanced getting injured.
Tomorrow is a new day with an awesome workout waiting for me!
