I started eating during the holiday and never stoped.
Can you relate, you say “just for today I will eat like this” but then before you know it, it’s a few months and many pounds later?
I feel my best when I am between 190 and 195 pounds and right now I am 212 pounds and feel lousy.
My breathing is labored, my energy is down and I just don’t feel like myself.

My workouts have been the same but my nutrition hasn’t been what it should..
I’ve been eating too much of the foods that make me fat and not enough of the foods that keep me lean, healthy and strong but that is all stoping today.
The nutrition plan
For the next 10 days I’m going to eat all the protein and green veggies I want and I will keep my carbs under 30 grams a day.
Then after 10 days I will add in some rice, yams or some healthy complex carb right after my workout.
Still keep my carbs well under 100 grams a day.
Thats it, nice and simple
